The weather will be perfect; you will experience less humidity than in the late summer/early fall and less rain. Crowds and prices will peak during December-April, especially during the Christmas season, Spring Break weeks, and Easter. If you are looking for optimal weather, fewer crowds, and affordable flights/lodging, visit Puerto Rico in November, May, or June.
During Hurricane season, the prices and crowds drop, but you risk trip cancellation due to inclement weather or being on vacation during a hurricane.
